While many hotels will either imply, or tell you outright that you are obligated to use their in-house services, this is in fact not correct. They do this because they receive a portion of the charges passed on to the client. As you can see, it’s in their interests to give you this impression. However, you, as the client, have the choice of using any audio visual vendor you choose, no matter which venue you use for your event. Our alliance specialist AV company, works in all venues, not only in Auckland, but nation-wide. There are very few venues they don’t know intimately, or that they haven’t worked in. In many cases we have existing floor plans, or can create them using laser measuring technology. They offer the same level of service you would receive from an in-house supplier, with the added advantage of a broad venue knowledge, and the subsequent problem-solving ability this entails.
